Stainless Steel Food Robot

Dairy Tote Loading

Tubs of dairy products are loaded from two filling lines into retail delivery totes.  Due to the totes being too small the center tub must be raised to insert a layer of tubs.  The robot used in this application was built by Best Automation & Robotics and meets FDA requirements for wash-down use.

Trays are loaded with a 20kg Wash-down stainless robot at 180 per minute.  The robot used in this application was built by Best Automation & Robotics and meets FDA requirements for wash-down use.
